Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation fees for cancellation up to 6 weeks before the event: 30% of the participation fee.
- Cancellation fees for cancellation up to 4 weeks before the event: 60% of the participation fee.
- In case of later cancellation or no-show, the full participation fee is due.
