Organizational structure of NMB

Our organization is lean and effective: The operational divisions Polymers, Metals, and Future Solutions are each managed by experienced team leaders. Cross-cutting themes such as Digitalization and Sustainability are specifically coordinated by designated experts – thus we create synergies between the material worlds and ensure the transfer of cross-sectional technologies.

Our team is complemented by a dedicated expert for Technology Transfer, who bridges the gap between market requirements and technological implementation. The commercial area, including public relations, ensures transparency, structure, and communication internally and externally.

Thanks to flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths, and all central functions in-house, we can act quickly, flexibly, and solution-oriented – and that makes us a powerful partner in industrial research.
