On this website there are maps on some pages provided by the OpenSt-reetMap Foundation, 132 Maney Hill Road, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, B72 1JU, United Kingdom. OpenStreetMap is an open source mapping tool. The integration of the map on our website takes place by means of an iframes or by retrieving the so-called tiles (map images) from the provider’s server. This transfers your IP address to the Openstreetmap server. Furthermore, a session cookie is created. When integrating the map data, we refer to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO, i.e. as a website operator we have a legitimate interest in improving the user-friendliness of our website. - Data collection via email
Personal data will be collected as part of your contact with us via email. These data are stored and used exclusively for the answer of your request and/or for the contact with you and the technical Ad-ministration connected with it. Your data will be deleted after final processing of your request and there will be no legal storage obligations to prevent the deletion.
- Data collection via contract initiation and fulfillment
Personal data is collected when you voluntarily provide it to us for the initiation of a contract or the execution of a contract. The basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
In principle, we do not collect any special personal data. We store and use the data provided by you for customer or supplier communication, contract initiation and contract execution. After complete completion of the contract, your data will be blocked with regard to tax and commercial retention periods, and deleted after these periods, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we have reserved the right to further use of data as permitted by law. Recorded video material is only viewed on an ad hoc basis and is automatically deleted after 72 hours.
