Your tasks are …

• the acceptance and processing of incoming IT requests in first and second level support.
• the support of our employees with hardware and software problems.
• the setup and maintenance of end devices (e.g., PCs, notebooks, smartphones) as well as their issuance and return.
• the installation of standard software and support with network or access problems.
• the forwarding of complex issues to third level support or external service providers.
• the careful documentation of solutions and standard processes.
• database maintenance and administration of in-house applications.
• administration and maintenance of server environments.
   

You have …

• a completed training in the IT field or a lot of practical experience in IT support.
• enjoy direct contact with people and a service-oriented demeanor.
• a structured, patient, and solution-oriented way of working.
• good knowledge in Windows- or Linux environments and standard office software.
• motivation to familiarize yourself with new systems and continuously expand your technical knowledge.
• team spirit, strong communication skills, and the ability to keep track even with multiple simultaneous requests.
