Filament extruder 3Devo

The filament extruder produces filaments for the use in FFF processes with a defined diameter. The raw materials (mostly granules) are filled in the extrusion unit with a cone. The extrusion unit plastifies the materials and the melt is extruded threw a nozzle. The diameter of the filament is regulated with an optical take-off unit.

EINSCAN Pro + 3D-Scanner

The EINSCAN Pro + is a system which indicates and digitalisize device geometries efficiently. The scanning of the geometry is done with a SicWhite-Light Scanner. Advantage of the technology is, that there is no separately marking of the devices necessary (extra glossy devices need a coating with removable chalk spray). The mobile system with a rotary plate allows a fixed or unfixed usage of the scanner. For colored scans an extra system is available.
